Jobcenter Münster
The Jobcenter has two core tasks:
it provides benefits to ensure subsistence pursuant to SGB II, and advises benefit claimants and helps them find work.
At all Jobcenter locations, we have dedicated advisors for single parents, who are committed to providing you with comprehensive advice and support, taking into account your individual circumstances.
We know that combining work and family life is particularly challenging for you, and that there are lots of issues and questions that need to be clarified before you can realistically start work, training or obtaining a qualification.
We will discuss with you:
- your childcare arrangements
- your personal circumstances
- your skills and qualifications
Together, we will set a goal you want to achieve, work out a strategy and provide you with comprehensive support in implementing this strategy.
Our services are supplemented by specific measures for mothers and fathers, helping to improve your chances of returning to work.
